Terms of Service

What Card Harbor is

Card Harbor is a Windows desktop application for trading card sellers and collectors, operated by Waters Edge Games LLC ("we", "us"). It catalogs card inventory, locates cards by storage location, generates pull sheets, and automates publishing and repricing of listings on the TCGplayer marketplace. By downloading the app, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Free plan and Pro subscription

The base application is free to download and use: scanning, inventory, and search run locally on your machine with no account. Connected features (pull sheets beyond the free monthly allowance, automated TCGplayer publishing, and repricing) require an account and an active Card Harbor Pro subscription.

Pro is sold as a monthly or annual subscription through our checkout and billing partner, Paddle, who acts as merchant of record. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal linked from the app or from your Paddle receipt; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency and may include applicable taxes.

Your account

Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure. You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time from within the app or by emailing us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app; not to circumvent subscription checks; and not to use the automation features in a way that violates TCGplayer's terms of service. You are responsible for the accuracy of listings you publish through the app and for the content of your own marketplace account.

Third-party services

Card Harbor is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TCGplayer or eBay. Automation features depend on the continued availability of the TCGplayer platform, which we do not control and may need to adjust or suspend if that platform changes.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Card Harbor is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost sales or marketplace account actions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing affects the statutory rights of consumers in your jurisdiction.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we discontinue the Pro service, unused subscription time will be refunded.
