Terms of Service

What Card Harbor is

Card Harbor is a Windows desktop application for trading card sellers and collectors, operated by Waters Edge Games LLC ("we", "us"). It catalogs card inventory, locates cards by storage location, generates pull sheets, and automates publishing and repricing of listings on the TCGplayer and ManaPool marketplaces. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Availability

Card Harbor is not currently available for download, and we make no commitment to distribute, host, or continue developing it. Scanning, inventory, and search run locally on your own machine; features that reach a marketplace depend on that marketplace's continued availability.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, and not to use the automation features in a way that violates TCGplayer's terms of service. You may connect only marketplace accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of listings you publish through the app and for the content of your own marketplace account.

Third-party services

Card Harbor is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TCGplayer or ManaPool. Automation features depend on the continued availability of those platforms, which we do not control and may need to adjust or suspend if either one changes.

Marketplace automation and risk

TCGplayer automation works by signing you in to your own TCGplayer account, on your own machine, and performing at your direction actions you could perform yourself in the seller portal. Card Harbor holds no API agreement or partnership with TCGplayer. ManaPool features work through ManaPool's own seller API, using an access token you issue from your ManaPool account and store on your machine. Each marketplace's own terms govern your account there. You acknowledge that either marketplace may change its platform, or limit, suspend, or terminate accounts at its discretion, and you assume the risk of any action a marketplace takes regarding your account in connection with your use of the app.

If TCGplayer or ManaPool changes its platform, revokes access, or objects to automated access, we may modify, limit, or disable affected features, and doing so is not a breach of these terms.

Order and buyer data

Order details the app retrieves from your marketplace accounts are stored only in the local database on your machine; we do not collect them. Buyer names and shipping addresses are discarded before storage and never written to disk at all. You are responsible for handling the order data you do keep in accordance with your marketplace agreements and any privacy laws that apply to your store, including keeping it confidential and deleting it when required.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Card Harbor is limited to one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost sales or marketplace account actions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing affects the statutory rights of consumers in your jurisdiction.

Indemnification

If a third party brings a claim against us arising from your use of Card Harbor, including your listings, your marketplace account, your handling of buyer data, or your breach of a marketplace's terms, you agree to indemnify us against the resulting costs, damages, and reasonable legal fees.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue Card Harbor, in whole or in part, at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Card Harbor shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
