Where Card Harbor is headed.
Card Harbor already runs your scanning, storage, and TCGplayer publishing. Here is what it does today, and what we're building next for sellers. No dates, just the order things are landing in.
What you can already do.
- Scan and store
- Keep every card in the exact order you scanned it, no pre-sorting required. Scanning and storage are unlimited, and once the catalog has synced, none of it needs an internet connection. Each copy can carry its own scan photo, and a card you no longer own comes off the shelves cleanly.
- Search
- Find any card by its shelf, box, and divider in seconds. Qualifiers narrow a search to a set, condition, or location, and Ctrl+K opens the command palette from anywhere in the app.
- Pull and ship
- Work pull sheets that walk the fastest route through your storage, in a keyboard-first flow built for standing at the shelves. The Orders tab keeps a ship-by queue in front of you and marks orders shipped on the marketplace when the box is closed.
- Publish and reprice
- Publish through safe, automated staging with guardrails against duplicates and bad uploads, then let repricing undercut the market only where you are actually being beaten, never racing to the bottom. Your shelves stay matched to what's actually live.
- Two marketplaces
- ManaPool sits alongside TCGplayer: publish to both, push prices to both, and pull orders from both into the same queue. Turn on per-marketplace allocation and the oversell guarantee makes it structurally impossible to sell the same physical copy twice.
- Analytics
- A profit waterfall from sale price down to what you actually kept, movers worth repricing or reordering, and a shelf watch on inventory that isn't turning.
- Everyday footing
- An activity light and drawer showing what the app is doing right now, local backups, guided onboarding on a fresh install, a What's New dialog after each update, and an eleven-language selector for batches that aren't English.

Pokemon support
Magic singles are what the scanner reads today. Pokemon is the next game we're taking on, so that Pokemon inventory will scan, store, and publish the same way your Magic inventory does now.
Sealed product and supplies
Booster boxes, precons, and accessories join your inventory: search them in, store them on the same shelves, and publish them to the same marketplaces as your singles.
More reliable card identification
A more accurate camera scanner, so hard-to-read cards resolve cleanly and misreads get rarer.
One tool, done properly.
Everything ahead goes deeper into the same job rather than wider: getting scanned cards into inventory correctly, finding any one of them fast, and keeping TCGplayer in sync without surprises. Card Harbor is not becoming a multi-channel commerce platform, and the list of things it will not do is as deliberate as the list of things it will.
What Card Harbor will never do
Card Harbor will never process payments, take a cut of your sales, or replace your register. It keeps your inventory straight and your listings in sync; how money changes hands stays entirely on your own hardware and your own merchant account.
