Card Harbor alternatives for TCG sellers.

Different tools solve different problems. Below are the main alternatives sellers ask about, with the facts pulled from each product's own public pages, plus an honest read on who each one actually fits.

Card Harbor is built for one reader: a solo seller past TCGplayer's 51-order gate, shipping their own orders out of shelves and boxes, with no storefront and no staff. Several products below are store platforms, so register, buylist, and webstore language is theirs, not ours.

SortSwift

A consolidated platform for TCG sellers and shop owners covering scanning, inventory management, autopricing, point of sale, buylist management, and marketplace synchronization in one tool. It syncs with nine marketplaces and channels: eBay, TCGplayer, Shopify, Square, CardTrader, ManaPool, Misprint, WooCommerce, and Walmart, plus CSV export. Pricing is tiered and public: a free "Entry" plan (2,500 items, unlimited scanning, 500 high-accuracy scans a month, no card required) up through "Entry+" ($19/mo), "Entry Max" ($49/mo), several mid-tiers ($99 to $369/mo), and "Core Max" ($499/mo, unlimited inventory, scanning, and autopricing across all games). Its headline claim is zero commission on POS and synced sales across every tier.

Choose SortSwift if
You need one platform covering POS, a storefront, and sync across many channels at once, including Walmart, Shopify, or Square, with pricing that scales by catalog size.
Choose Card Harbor if
You're selling on TCGplayer (and optionally ManaPool) and want camera scanning that preserves your physical scan order, with pull-sheet picking as the core workflow, rather than a general multi-channel POS.

TCG Sync

Positions itself as "the trading-card-first commerce platform" for card shops, explicitly framed as an alternative to legacy tools like BinderPOS and Crystal Commerce. It unifies storefront, POS, inventory, pricing, and marketplace sync, and isn't Shopify-centric: Shopify is an optional sales channel rather than the platform's foundation. It connects to seven or more marketplaces, including TCGplayer (no API credentials required), Cardmarket, eBay, Cardtrader, Mana Pool, and CardSynced. Public pricing: "Vendor-only" at £14.99/mo or £149.99/yr for convention and pop-up sellers; "Storefront Pro" at a £1,000 setup fee plus a 2% fee on TCG singles and sealed sales only (accessories, comics, and events are excluded from that 2%); and "Enterprise" at £25,000/yr or £2,499/mo with 0% sales fees and branded mobile apps.

Choose TCG Sync if
You're a card shop wanting a non-Shopify-centric storefront and POS that unifies inventory across many marketplaces, including Cardmarket, with an enterprise tier offering 0% sales fees.
Choose Card Harbor if
You want a focused Windows desktop app for TCGplayer/ManaPool singles selling with camera scanning built in, not a full storefront-and-POS platform.

TCGplayer POS (formerly BinderPOS)

binderpos.com now performs a 301 redirect to seller.tcgplayer.com/point-of-sale, confirmed live as of 2026-08-04. TCGplayer announced its acquisition of BinderPOS (along with ChannelFireball) on July 11, 2022. Under TCGplayer's point-of-sale page, current tiers are "Binder" at $100/mo and "Binder Pro" at $150/mo, plus 2% commission on a store's own website sales and 2.5% commission on TCGplayer-integration sales (USA only); Binder Pro subscribers get a 1% discount on TCGplayer marketplace fees. As of this research, new onboarding was paused with a waitlist, so this pricing should be treated as informational rather than guaranteed available to new signups.

Choose TCGplayer POS (formerly BinderPOS) if
You're already built around TCGplayer's ecosystem and want an official point-of-sale product with its own marketplace fee discount, and you can get off the current onboarding waitlist.
Choose Card Harbor if
You want inventory scanning, storage, and TCGplayer publishing without a monthly POS subscription or its own commission structure on top.

CardCastle

Positions primarily toward collectors and players, not commercial sellers: collection digitization via smartphone scanning, daily price tracking (sourced from TCGplayer data), collection value tracking, and deckbuilding/playtesting. A separate "Merchant" tier plus "CardBot" hardware targets game stores (B2B), so there's a seller-facing side, but the site's primary framing is collector-first. Pricing is freemium: "Squire" (free, up to 1,000 cards, 3 decks, 10 tags), "Knight" (paid, unlimited cards/decks/tags, exact price not disclosed on the page), and "Merchant" (B2B, CardBot hardware plus priority support).

Choose CardCastle if
You're tracking your own collection's value or want deckbuilding and playtesting tools, not a commercial selling workflow.
Choose Card Harbor if
You're selling cards on TCGplayer or ManaPool and need inventory that maps to physical storage locations for picking and shipping real orders.

TCGplayer MassPrice

TCGplayer's own built-in, rule-based repricing tool, available to sellers enrolled in TCGplayer's Pro Seller program. Its specific feature set and eligibility details weren't part of the fee research verified for this page; check TCGplayer's own help center and Seller Portal for current specifics before relying on any particular claim about it.

Choose TCGplayer MassPrice if
You already sell exclusively on TCGplayer, already qualify for Pro Seller, and want repricing built into the same portal you're already using.
Choose Card Harbor if
You want scanning, storage, and repricing in one app, with Card Harbor's repricing built in rather than gated behind a separate eligibility program; check TCGplayer's help center for MassPrice's current eligibility and cost if you're weighing that route.

Where Card Harbor is not the right fit

Card Harbor is a Windows desktop app: it doesn't run on Mac, and that isn't currently planned. It's not a Shopify or webstore checkout, so it doesn't cover storefront POS needs the way SortSwift or TCG Sync do today, and register and webstore integrations are not planned. It's also built for one seller's own physical inventory first: a store running several stations off one shared inventory with staff logins is not something Card Harbor sets out to do.
